Loyalty Points Policy
1. Introduction:
Our loyalty program is designed to reward our valued customers for their continued patronage. The program is open to all customers who meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.
2. Eligibility:
All customers with a valid and active account at Shop Around are automatically enrolled in the loyalty program. Individuals must be at least 18 years old to participate.
3. Earning Points:
Customers earn points based on their purchases. For every R100 spent, they receive 1 point. Bonus points may be awarded during special promotions or events.
4. Redemption:
Customers can redeem their points for discounts on future purchases. Points can be redeemed online at shop-around.co.za. Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Points Expiry:
Loyalty points expire 12 months after the last qualifying purchase. Customers will receive notifications about expiring points in advance.
6. Point Transfers:
Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
7. Returns and Refunds:
If a customer returns a product, the corresponding points earned for that purchase will be deducted from their account.
8. Program Changes:
Shop Around reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants through email or on our website.
9. Fraud Prevention:
Any misuse or fraudulent activity related to the loyalty program may result in the suspension or termination of the customer’s account.
10. Privacy:
Customer information collected for the loyalty program will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
